Description

A new trade union branch called PAM couriers Finland has officially been formed and approved in April of 2023. The branch is part of Finnish trade union Service Union United (PAM).

The background of the formation of this new branch is that Wolt couriers in Finland became active due to experiencing a significant drop in pay after the platform had changed its payment model. Previous strikes and discussions with Wolt did not lead to any changes. While PAM had previously sued Wolt in 2022 on behalf of a courier, it is new that Wolt workers are officially accepted as trade union members under this new branch.

PAM couriers Finland is now in negotiations with Wolt over the employment conditions of its couriers.
