Description

The Lithuanian Platform Workers' Trade Union (LPDPS) represents and protects the rights of individuals working for digital platform companies such as Bolt, Wolt, Last Mile, and Uber. Formed in 2025 through a merger of the former Courier Association and Bolt drivers, the union advocates for fair wages, safe working conditions, and an end to exploitation and discrimination for platform workers.

The LPDPS also provides recommendations to public authorities and fosters solidarity among workers. Membership is open to anyone aged 14 and over who works for a digital platform company. Members pay a monthly fee of €5 to the May 1st Trade Union (G1PS). It is also possible to support the LPDPS without becoming a member by allocating a portion of one's income tax to the union.
