Description

Flink Workers' Collective was established in June 2022 in Freiburg to defend the rights of the workers employed by the Flink delivery platform. The initiative follows other examples such as Gorillas Workers' Collective.

The following recent changes to this initiative have been recorded.

5 April 2024

In October 2023 Flink workers voted to establish a works council. During the same month, the platform decided to shut down its operations in Freiburg, citing economic reasons.

5 April 2024

In March 2024, the Collective lost a court case against Flink. The Court rejected worker's claim that they were collectively dismissed for seeking to establish a Works' Council.
