Description
On 12 February 2013, Telekomunikacja Polska (TP – Polish Telecom) announced a voluntary redundancy programme affecting 1,700 people in 2013. The redundancies are a part of a restructuring programme called ‘Social Agreement 2012-2013’ aiming at improving financial outcomes of the company (see TP 2013). This programme is based in a bilateral agreement between the company and local trade unions signed in October 2011.
