Description
Armatis, a group specialising in outsourced customer relations, has announced the opening of its 12th site in France: a call centre that will open in 2023 in the town of Saumur. This new location will create 150 jobs. The first recruitments were launched at the end of October during an initial information day, organised by the company and the public employment service (Pôle emploi). The positions to be filled are for customer service representatives.
Initially, Armatis will set up its services from November at a business incubator site, provided by local authorities. It will then move to its final site in the city centre, in early 2023. With this new centre, Armatis will have a total of 22 locations in France, Portugal, Tunisia and Poland, with a total of 9,000 employees. In France, Armatis has 5,000 employees.
