Ago Outsourcing, a call centre which operates large contracts for Energy company Scottish Power, has announced plans for further expansion, following previous expansions in 2017 (470 jobs created) and 2018 (240 jobs created). The latest round will see 350 jobs created at a new call centre in Trafford, Greater Manchester. The site is set to open in April 2019 with an initial staff of 80, though that will rise to 350 over the following months.
