Global automobile manufacturer Valmet Automotive has announced that it will create 300 jobs at its site in Uusikaupunki. According to the sources, Valmet Automotive is planning to increase its production of the Mercedes Benz A-Class cars.
This job creation is part of a larger expansion at Valmet Automotive. The source reports that the company also hired 300 people in the spring of 2014 and 100 people during autumn 2013. The ERM has reported on previous restructuring events at Valmet Automotive in 2003, 2003, 2005, 2005, 2006, 2011and 2013.
