European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 7 November 2005 the car manufacturer, Valmet Automotive, announced it would double the production of Porsche (subcontracted) cars at its Uusikaupunki unit. As a result, the company will call back 100 earlier laid-off workers and hire in addition 200 new employees.
