European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
In April 2013, a producer of meat and poultry products Animex announced to create 280 jobs in its unit in Szczecin. Animex was founded in 1951 as a state-owned enterprise. Currently the company is part of the Smithfiled Group, a global food company. For previously reported restructuring events see Animex2012, Animex2011a, and Animex2011b.
