European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Arvato, a logistics and supply chain services provider, announced the launch of a new logistics centre in Dąbrówka near Zgierz, central Poland. The centre will support the development of One Fulfillment by Allegro and is expected to create 250 jobs. Operations are planned to start in September 2026, with an initial warehouse area of around 15,000 sqm and the possibility of further expansion. The project is driven by growing e-commerce volumes in Poland and the surrounding region.
The five-year agreement with Allegro covers B2C fulfillment services, including inbound deliveries, warehousing, order picking and fulfilment, shipping, returns and value-added services. The expansion is linked to growing e-commerce logistics demand and the scaling of Allegro’s fulfillment services in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe.
