German outsourcing company arvato Poland, a subsidiary of Bertelsmann, has announced that it will create 500 new jobs at its warehouse in Stryków. The facility is expected to be operational in October 2017, and the recruitment process will be intensified in June 2017. The restructuring programme is associated with the contract which have been signed by the company with LLP, Polish clothing retailer. According to the contract, logistics services for the e-commerce sales will be carried out for four LPP’s brands: Mohito, Sinsay, House and Reserved. In relations to the contract, arvato Poland will increase its warehousing floor space by 30,000 m2.
arvato is part of an international media corporation, Bertelsmann. arvato has more than 7,000 employees in 22 countries. The company has specialised in retail and electronic business, telecommunications, insurance, banking and health care sectors.
