Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Ryanair, Europe’s leading low-cost airline, has launched a recruitment drive to fill 300 new cabin crew positions across Poland. The campaign, run in partnership with Crewlink, includes a series of candidate meetings from 17 to 21 November in several Polish cities.
The initiative aims to expand flight operations and strengthen service capacity ahead of the next travel season. Successful candidates will join under rotational schedules (five days on, three days off), with competitive pay and career development opportunities.
Ryanair, founded in 1984 in Ireland, carries over 180 million passengers annually and operates a fleet of more than 550 Boeing aircraft, employing over 20,000 people across Europe. The airline maintains a significant presence in Poland, including operational bases in Warsaw, Kraków, and Wrocław.
Ryanair previously expanded its operation in Poland, most recently in September and May in 2025 and in 2024. See: Ryanair 09.2025 PLRyanair 05.2025 PL Ryanair 2024 PL
