Ryanair, the airline, is opening a Customer Service Escalation Centre in Warsaw, which will employ 200 people.
This is the company's next investment in Poland. The Customer Service Escalation Centre is to assist all Ryanair passengers with complaints about delayed and cancelled flights. Recruitment will start soon and an open day for potential future employees has been scheduled for 4 June.
Ryanair, established in 1984 and based in Dublin, Ireland, is an airline in Europe, operating over 2400 daily flights across more than 230 destinations in 40 countries.
