European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Safran Helicopter Engines, a specialised manufacturer of helicopter engines, is recruiting 400 permanent workers in 2024. The company is primarily looking to strengthen its machining and production departments near Pau and Bayonne. To facilitate hiring, a job dating event will be held on April 11 at the Sheraton Bordeaux Airport in Mérignac. Additionally, a financial aid package of €4,000 is being offered under certain conditions for permanent contracts. The company is also focused on increasing gender diversity within its workforce and provides training and career conversion opportunities to attract a broader range of candidates.
The company had already recruited 400 workers in 2023 as part of its continued expansion.
