Description
The call centre group Intelcia, a major player in outsourcing and customer relations, has announced the recruitment of 183 employees by May 2022 for its two sites located at Dreux (Eure-et-Loire) and at Boigny-sur-Bionne (Loiret). Intelcia will recruit 60 people for its site at Dreux- on a total workforce of 500 people- and 123 at Boigny-sur-Bionne. An additional 80 to 90 people are planned to be recruited in Boigny in the second half of the year. Intelcia, the sixth largest player in the call center market in France and number one in the social protection field, recently won a major contract with the public employment service, Pôle emploi, which made it necessary to strengthen its workforce. Given the shortage of jobs, the company plans to expand its recruitment area beyond the Dreux and Orléans employment areas.
The Intelcia group is a Moroccan group 65% owned by the Altice Group, parent company of the telecoms operator SFR.
Two previous business expansions were recorded in the ERM database in 2021, with 300 job creations for its site in Dreux (Eure-et-Loire) (Intelcia-2021-FR) and in 2022, with 150 job creations at Charleville-Mézières (Intelcia-2022-FR).
