Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The call centre group Intelcia , a major player in outsourcing and customer relations, has announced the recruitment of 150 employees by the end of 2022 for its site located at Charleville-Mézières (Ardennes). The Intelcia group- a Moroccan group 65% owned by the Altice Group, parent company of the telecoms operator SFR- is moving into the premises of the former Chamber of Agriculture of Charleville-Mézières.
Intelcia has been based in Charleville-Mézières since 2018 and currently employs 350 people. Previous business expansion has been recorded in the ERM database in 2021, with 300 job creations for its site in Dreux (Eure-et-Loire) (Intelcia-2021-FR).
