Home decor and gardening retail company Leroy Merlin announced plans to create 160 jobs at its new store in Bydgoszcz in 2021. The unit, with an area of nearly 11,00 square metres, will be the second store of the chain in the city. The recruitment process has been already initiated.
The company has been operating in the country since 1994, it runs over 60 stores employing over 10,000 people.
Previous business expansions were announced in January 2021 (102 jobs created), February 2020 (150 jobs created), and in August 2020 (130 jobs created).
