Description
The Romanian subsidiary of the American process management solutions firm, Emerson, will create up to 150 jobs at its site in Cluj-Napoca. Positions will open in engineering, information technology, production (including production line workers), finance, human resources, marketing and customer support. Emerson employs approximately 2,500 people in Cluj-Napoca, Oradea and Bucharest, most of which work on site at Cluj-Napoca. The company’s production from Cluj-Napoca serves mainly European clients. Emerson has been operating in Romania since 2006, when the Cluj-Napoca site was opened.
Previous restructurings took place in 2017 (200 jobs created) and 2016 (250 jobs created).
