Description
The Romanian subsidiary of the American process management solutions firm, Emerson, will create up to 200 jobs at its site in Cluj-Napoca. Positions will open in engineering, information technology, production (including production line workers), finance, human resources, marketing and customer support. In 2017, the company invested €2.1 million into modernising the equipment for the production line at the Cluj-Napoca plant.
Emerson employs approximately 2,300 people in Cluj-Napoca, Oradea and Bucharest, most of which work on site at Cluj-Napoca.
The company’s production from Cluj-Napoca serves mainly European clients.
Emerson has been operating in Romania since 2006, when the Cluj Napoca site was opened.
