Description
Romanian subsidiary of French call-service provider Webhelp has announced plans to create 500 new jobs by the end of 2019. Webhelp has been operating in Romania since 2001 and has an employee base of 2,600. The company operates four centres in Bucuresti, Ploiesti (Prahova County), Galati (Galati County) and Iasi (Iasi County). Globally, Webhelp has a workforce of about 50,000 people in 140 operational offices across 35 countries.
Previous restructurings took place in 2017 (457 jobs created) and 2016 (300 jobs created).
