European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
French home improvement and gardening retailer Leroy Merlin has announced that it will create 120 jobs at its new store in Tarnów. The store, having an area of 11,000m2, is expected to be operational in the third quarter of 2018 while the recruitment process has already started. The company will provide special training for hired employees.
Leroy Merlin has been operating in Poland since 1994 and has over 59 stores across the country.
In 2017, the company has announced four business expansion programmes affecting 100 jobs in Piła, 220 in Mirków near Wrocław, 130 in Wołomin and 160 in Wrocław.
