Fast growing call centre operator Firstsource has announced plans to create 200 new jobs at its site in Middlesbrough. The company, which announced 500 new jobs in 2017, continues to experience high demand for its services, which is the reason behind the latest announcement. Recruitment is already open for the new positions and a spokesperson for the company confirmed that the jobs would be added in the coming months and throughout 2018. Roles available include customer service advisors, team leaders and business support staff.
