Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Polish provider of software development services PGS Software has announced that it will create 200 new jobs at its recently opened unit in Wrocław within the next two years. In total, the company plans to create 400 new jobs at its units across the country. The company is looking for programmers, testers, IT project managers, graphic designers and business analysts.
PGS Software is one of the largest IT companies in Poland which provides mobile applications and products for companies in finance, e-commerce, tourist industry, healthcare and automotive industry. The company was founded in 2005 and has units located in Gdańsk, Rzeszów and Wrocław. Currently, the company employs over 600 specialists. In July 2017, the company announced it will create 50 additional positions at the office in Rzeszów. In September 2017 the company announced a creation of 100 new jobs in Gdańsk by the end of 2017.
