Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Polish provider of software development services PGS Software has announced that it will create 100 new jobs at its unit in Gdańsk. PGS Software is looking for business analysts and IT specialists, mainly programmers, project managers and testers, with knowledge of foreign languages, especially English.
PGS Software is one of the largest IT companies in Poland which provides mobile applications and products for companies in finance, e-commerce, tourist industry, healthcare and automotive industry. The company was founded in 2005 and has units located in Gdańsk, Rzeszów and Wrocław. Currently, the company employs over 600 specialists.
In July 2017, the company announced it will create 50 additional positions in the office in Rzeszów.
