Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The Groupe Roullier, the company specializing in plant, animal and human nutrition, announced plans to recruit over hundred employees in its different locations in France, but mainly in the Brittany region. The group is looking for financial controllers, research and development engineers, network system administrators, accountants and lawyers.
A recruitment of 120 employees was recorded on the ERM database in 2012. The group employs 8,000 people worldwide, against 6,000 in 2012.
