Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
On 21 September 2012, the Groupe Roullier, the company specializing in plant, animal and human nutrition, announced plans to recruit 120 employees in the framework of a worldwide recruitment campaign aimed at increasing the global workforce by 600 employees.
According to the group's CEO, the company has over 6000 employees worldwide and about 3000 of them in France.
The group wants to hire sales engineers specialized in agronomy.
The timeline for the recruitment is yet to be announced.
