British outsourcing company Serco has announced that it will close its operations in Kraków by the end of March 2016, and, as a result, 600 jobs will be cut. The source reports, that the branch based in Kraków will close its major project in March 2016 and, besides, the company has decided to change its business profile. Since 2009, the Kraków branch has constantly increased the workforce.
The company based in Kraków provides outsourcing services mainly to clients in the travel industry.
