Description
Götaland Engineer Regiment (Ing2) is to hire 75 new recruits. 75 of the 100 individuals who recently finished their three month long basic military training (GMU) will be hired and more recruits will be hired during 2017. An additional 150 recruits will undergo basic military training during 2016-2017, the education will henceforth last 9-12 months rather than 3 months.
The ERM has previously reported on job cuts following internal restructuring of the Swedish Armed forces in 2012, 2011 and 2009
