Clothing retailer Matalan has opened a new store in Scottish capital Edinburgh. The store opened on 15 August 2014. The new store is located on the Straiton Mains Retail Park close to the city of Edinburgh bypass. 125 full and part-time positions have been created.
The latest new store follows on from previous reports of major expansion plans for the company. It was reported in 2009 that the company would be looking to add up to 100 new stores over the next few years.
