Polish chemicals group Boryszew has announced that it will create 130 jobs at its factory in Ostaszewo (in the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone) by the end of 2014. According to the source, the factory was acquired by Boryszew from the Japanese company Tensho in June 2014. The source reports that the Boryszew group produces chemicals and components for the automotive industry and the factory will produce components for Volkswagen.
The source reports that the Rayon Factory was established by the Belgian Society in 1911 in Sochaczew, Poland. After the 2nd World War the factory was nationalised and the Boryszew company was established in 1991 as a result of privatisation.
