European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Finnish partly state-owned security and defence contractor Patria has announced 39 job losses in its System Business Unit. As reported, the job reduction measure is a result of a decline in demand for its products. Negotiations between employers and unions have now concluded. The job cuts will be reached through terminations, layoffs and retirement. The ERM has reported on previous restructuring events at Patria in 2005 and 2014.
