European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 27 April 2005, a manufacturer of integrated military vehicles and weapon systems, defence electronics, helicopter and military aircraft life cycle support and demanding composite materials, Patria, announced the start of co-operation negotiations with the whole personnel in its Hämeenlinna unit due to the weakening demand, and the decision to relocate the manufacturing of vehicles to Poland.
