Description

Telecommunications and internet provider Bouygues Telecom is to create 200 positions.

The business expansion is part of the company’s involvement in the development of a new mobile telephone network. This network is to increase its competitiveness against low-cost competitors.

As of the announcement date, the company had already filled 70 of the 200 positions.

Bouygues Telecom employs about 9,300 staff in France. This is after July 2012 when the company had announced a voluntary departure plan in order to cut 556 positions (6% of its workforce).
