Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
On the 18th of June 2013, the global provider of Business Services and Technology Solutions Genpact has announced plans to create 180 jobs at the new outsourcing center in Szczecin within one year. The center is providing services for clients from Austria, Switzerland and Germany. Genpact employs over 60,000 people in 70 units located in 18 countries worldwide. Currently, Genpact is operating in three Polish cities: Lublin, Kraków and Szczecin.
