Description

Genpact, the international outsourcing company based in India, is planning to build a second operations centre in Lublin and to hire 500 persons by the end of 2010 (the company employs 100 people at its finance and accounting centre in that city). Genpact operates 35 centres in 12 countries, with an aggregate workforce of over 36,000 persons.
