Description

American pharmaceuticals company Pfizer announced a reduction of its Polish workforce by 120. The cuts are said to affect mainly staff in the sales department and office staff.

Adam Linka, a spokesman of Pfizer, said that the company has implemented a programme that is to improve financial outcomes.

The company announced restructuring programmes in a number of European countries in 2011, amongst them France, the UK, the Netherlands, Spain and Belgium.
