European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
On 9 March 2011, pharmaceutical company Sanofi-Aventis plans to cut 280 jobs in marketing and sales in Germany. A spokesperson of Sanofi-Aventis stated thst these jobs are not part of the reorganisation plan affecting its European operations (see related fact sheet 17134).
