Description

Ubisoft, a French video game publisher, has announced that around 100 positions are at risk across its development studios in Düsseldorf, Mainz and Berlin. The restructuring is driven by cost pressures.

The company is offering voluntary exit packages in an effort to minimise compulsory redundancies. Talks with works councils are ongoing to finalise the figures.

Ubisoft employs around 580 people in Germany.

Job cuts are also taking place at the company’s operations worldwide: Ubisoft 2026 - Global.
