Description

Ubisoft, a French video game company, is cutting 380 jobs worldwide. The company is closing its Belgrade site (Serbia), resulting in the loss of around 100 employees. Its Winnipeg site (Canada) will also be closed. The San Francisco site and others in the United States of America will face a total of 100 job cuts. In Barcelona (Spain), 50 jobs will be cut.

This internal restructuring is a result of a loss in revenue of 1,5 billion euros. Tenet's recent investment and the launch of its five creative houses should help improve the company's finances. Over the past four years, Ubisoft has cut 20% of its workforce.

Several large-scale restructurings have been recorded in the ERM database, with the latest in 2026 Ubisoft 2026 - FR.
