European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Foundever, a multinational company specialising in customer service will create 400 new jobs in Portugal by the end of 2026, strengthening its workforce and reinforcing the country’s status as a strategic hub for international markets.
The company is offering continuous training, career progression opportunities, and inclusive work models to support the hiring drive.
The growth is driven by increasing client demand and the firm’s confidence in the national talent pool. Foundever operates in more than 45 countries.
This follows an earlier announcement in which Foundever outlined plans to create 230 new customer support jobs at its Lisbon and Porto offices by the end of 2025, with recruitment scheduled between October and December 2025 Foundever 2025 - PT.
