European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Foundever, a multinational company specialising in customer service will create 230 new jobs in Portugal by the end of 2025, strengthening its teams at the Lisbon and Porto offices. The recruitment process is scheduled to take place in October, November and December 2025.
The new positions are for Portuguese-speaking customer support roles, aimed at international projects in the fields of Tourism — including accommodation and aviation — and digital platforms.
According to the company’s Country Leader, this investment “is essential to meet the growing demand for Portuguese-language services” and aims to strengthen the company’s national operations within the group, which operates in more than 45 countries
