European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Cegedim is a French company based in Boulogne-Billancourt specializing in the development and marketing of databases and software for the healthcare sector. It announced in a press release on its half-year results published at the end of July, a job protection plan along with the elimination of 100 jobs in its pharmacy management software business.
This decision was motivated by market trends and a decline in activity among pharmacists in France observed in the first half of 2025.
