European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Sanofi, a French multinational pharmaceutical group, has announced the establishment of a new innovation hub in Barcelona's 22@ district, set to create over 300 highly qualified jobs in fields such as data science, artificial intelligence, and digital product development. The facility, expected to be operational by the end of 2025, will strengthen Barcelona’s position as a leading centre for health innovation.
