European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Sodebo, a French agri-food manufacturer, plans to hire 300 new employees in France in 2024 to meet rising production demands. Sodebo has consistently increased its workforce as part of its growth strategy, adding 170 out of 200 employees announced for 2024: Sodebo 2024 - FR, 280 out of 300 announced in 2023: Sodebo 2023 - FR. In 2021, Sodebo announced a recruitment for 242 positions and hired 280 person: Sodebo 2021 - FR.
*** Updated, 11/11/2025*** As part of the recruitment of 530 in maintenance and 20 in bakery, the company reported a workforce of nearly 3,000 workers, suggesting that only 100 out of the 300 workers announced were recruited in 2024.
