MAN BUS Starachowice, part of MAN Truck & Bus, operating in the bus manufacturing sector, plans to hire between 150 and 180 new production employees at its Starachowice plant.
The hiring is part of the company's efforts to expand its production capacity, with daily production targets set for June and July 2024. The recruitment process has already begun, with a range of positions available, including electricians, electromechanics, warehouse workers and more.
MAN has been operating in Poland since 1996, it has three factories in the country (Niepołomice, Kraków and Starachowice), employing over 6,000 people across the country.
Previously, MAN announced a lay-off of 860 employees from its Starachowice plant in 2022 and 2023 (MAN - 2022-PL and creation 1,600 jobs in Niepołomice plant MAN - 2021-PL.
