Description
ABB, a company in the technology sector, is closing its site in Aleksandrów Łódzki; 400 people will lose their jobs.
The company explains its decision by changing market dynamics, adding that it is a business decision that is uncorrelated with the performance of the factory team - all motor production for the company is to be transferred to China. The low-voltage motor production site will be closed, a process expected to last until the end of 2024.
