European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The Mutual Insurance company, Harmonie Mutuelle, has announced the recruitment of 100 people throughout the Brittany region in 2023. It will also hire about 40 people on work-study contracts. It intends to support its development in this way. The hirings will mainly concern the major cities in the region. The positions sought are sales jobs to support members in the agencies or in the call centres. For its recruitment campaign, the Mutual highlights its policy of integrating disabled people; "Engagés handicap". In 2022, its employment rate for people with disabilities was 6.74%, compared to the French average of 3.5%. Its objective is to exceed the 7% mark before the end of 2023.
A former restructuring has been recorded in the ERM Database, with 350 job cuts on national level in 2015 (FR-Harmonie-Mutuelle-2015).
