Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Électro Dépôt, a discount supermarket chain for household appliances, has announced a recruitment volume for 2023 comparable to 2022, i.e. 400 new hiresand plans to open five new outlets. Developments are planned, particularly in the "drive" and "distance selling" areas, for which recruitment in logistics and multi-skilled team members is also envisaged. In the headquarters, 4 people are also being sought (IT project manager, CRM project manager, IS business analyst and digital analyst) and new positions will be offered by the end of the year also in accounting and management. The vast majority of positions are offered on a permanent basis.
