The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The electric retailer Electro Dépôt has announced it will open at least eight new stores in 2011, each with an average of 20 employees. In the next two years the company expect to create a further 500 jobs. At present, the retailer has 34 stores and expects this to increase to 100 stores by 2017.
