Description

Low-cost airline Ryanair is to recruit 200 new cabin crew roles between now and summer 2023. Recruitment will begin immediately with a recruitment event to take place at Ryanair’s Engineering Building at Airside Business Park, Swords on 25 January 2023. According to the company, the recruitment event will highlight a range of benefits for cabin crew staff - which include a 5 days on, 3 days off roster, excellent remuneration package including a joining bonus, career progression opportunities and discounted travel. Ryanair forecasts a summer rush of air travel due to pent-up demand from passengers who put their travel plans on hold during the pandemic.

Previous restructuring events have been recorded in the ERM Events database for Ryanair. During 2022, the company planned expansion in Ireland of 2,000 employees (Ryanair-2022-IE), including 200 new jobs in Shannon, County Clare (Ryanair-2022a-IE) , 150 new employees at Dublin airport (Ryanair-2022b-IE) and 150 jobs at their HQ in Swords, Dublin (Ryanair-2022c-IE). In the same year, Ryanair has also expanded airport staff by 600 in Austria (Ryanair-2022-AT) as well as by 600 in Wroclaw airport (Ryanair-2022-PL) and 400 at Krakow airport (Ryanair-2022a-PL).
